Conference & Meetings at the Abbey

 

Whether it is a Conference, Corporate Training or a Meeting, the Abbey offers a comprehensive range of facilities including 4 conference rooms to use as 'break out' rooms if needed.  Onsite accommodation available for 23 Guests in 11 room with plenty of other styles of accommodation nearby.  Off street car parking for 40 cars at the back and more parking at the front of the building.

 

The Abbey is known as one of Warwick's leading Function Venues and had the honor of holding the Queensland Tourism annual conference over three days in Sept 2011. Our commitment to our food, service and planning is second to none. The Abbey offers a social function with a differencece combining modern service and cuisine in a unique, unforgettable heritage listed venue.

 

Our Function Co-ordinator will be pleased to assist you in tailoring the event to your special needs. For meetings and events that leave an impression, he Abbey has a special charm and is the conference venue for you.

 

 

Conferences & Meetings at the Abbey 2013

 From $44 per person mid week till end August .

Minimum 20 guests or room hire fee applies

Room Hire 8.45 – 4pm

Registration table at entrance

Welcome tea & coffee table

Self serve morning tea

Working lunch of assorted sandwiches on platters & soft drink

Self serve afternoon tea

Linen table cloths, water & mints on tables

White board & screen if required

Parking off road for over 30 cars

 

*Tentative booking can be held for 7 days after which time a non refundable deposit of 50% is required. 

Final numbers, any special dietary requirements & balance of  payment due 10 days prior.

*accommodation from $82.50 per person double room including breakfast until booked out.

 

Regular Club & Social Group Meetings

Regular monthly mid week group lunch or dinner meetings from $28.50 per person.

Minimum 20 guests

2 course chefs choice meal

Private room hire from 12 – 3pm or  6 – 9pm

Bar open for refreshments.

Water on tables

Regular monthly 2hour mid week working lunch meetings from $22 per person

Minimum 16 guests

Self serve tea & coffee with platters of assorted sandwiches during your meeting.  Includes private meeting room
